Browse our site until you find the desired item(s). Once found, click on the item(s) and you will have access to all the information in detail about the product. From there you can add the item(s) to your shopping cart.

We have two payments options: Payment by card, you will be prompted to PayPal (you do not need to have a Paypal account) or Bank transfer (BAC’s).

Through Paypal, the following cards are accepted: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and Tarjerta Aurora. We are confident that the information on the credit / debit card provided will not be accessible by any unauthorized person or company, however, we are not responsible for the data, since the payment is made through PayPal.

If you prefer to do a BACS payment, contact us for more information.

  • Shipments to Spain and Portugal (mainland): Shipping costs within the peninsula are FREE.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: This service will be available very soon, however, if you are interested in any of our
  • items, please send us a request to info@rosbags.com.
  • International Shipping: Your shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost, depending on the weight and volume of the order
  • Shipments to Spain and Portugal (mainland): These shipments are sent via courier within 1 to 7 working days after the order has been approved.
  • Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla: This service will be available very soon, however, if you are interested in any of our items, please send us a request to info@rosbags.com.
  • International Shipping: These shipments are sent via courier, please allow between 15 to 21 working days for your items to arrive after the order has been approved. The exact time will depend of the country of destination.
  • The delivery times may increase in case of customs arrangements or other circumstances arising from (for information only) the geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, breach of our suppliers, etc. and any other effects to the logistics operator responsible for the delivery of our products. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise from any of the reasons mentioned above.

We delivery to the following countries:  Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador , El Salvador, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, United States, Finland, France, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal , Switzerland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, Romania, Sweden, Uruguay and Venezuela. By placing your order, you confirm to be a resident in one of these countries with a respective address.  Any other delivery address outside the countries above mentioned will be cancelled.

We offer a FREE return service within 28 days from the date of purchase. The items can be returned for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping costs) if they are in their original packing, unused and in the same as received condition.

Once we receive the products, we will evaluate its condition and we will contact you with the results within 15 days and we will send you a replacement. We will send an e-mail to confirm that your package has been received.

Note that this policy refers to products that are defective due to a manufacturing problem.  We will not accept returns or exchanges of defective products from misuse or external factors that are not related to the manufacture of the product.

** The free returns do not apply to items returned from outside the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), in these cases the cost of the return will be your responsibility.  Please note that we are not responsible for items that do not reach us by delays in their “return” to our offices.  We recommend our international customers send their packages via a traceable courier and have a receipt with the delivery number.

Any unused item purchased can be exchanged within 25 days of receipt.  Please email us BEFORE returning your RosBags to info@rosbags.com with the details of the product you would like and the address to which you would like us to send the new item.  Once we receive your email we will be able to check if the desired RosBags is available in stock and we will let you know.

After we receive your item, we will process your replacement within two working days.  If there is any difference in the price of the new RosBags chosen and/or new item, a member of our customer service team will contact you prior to shipment, to let you know if there is any pending payment difference or refund.  In the case of increasing the number of items, it will be considered as a new order.  The shipping costs to return the item to our office will be paid by you (the customer) and we, RosBag, will offer free return if you are within the Peninsula.  Please be sure to obtain a certificate/number of post from your chosen courier.

We offer a FREE return service in the unlikely case you receive a defective item.  Any customer wishing to return a defective product, should let us know BEFORE sending the product back by email to info@rosbags.com.

Once we receive the product, we will evaluate its condition and we will contact you with the results within 15 days and we will send you a replacement for your RosBags. We will send an e-mail to confirm that your package has been received.

Prior to the completion of the order, you will be able to review all details including taxes, transportation costs, selection of items, etc. and you will be able to do any amendments at this point.

After the confirmation of the order, it will not be possible to modify or cancel any order through the website, in this case you will need to contact our customer service team.

Please note that an order can only be modified or cancelled if the products have not reached the point of being processed for delivery from our warehouse.
