You will be able to browse the website until you find the desired article. Once located, by clicking on it, you will access all the detailed information offered by the website. From there you can add the item to your purchase.

Payment must be made by credit card through PayPal and by bank transfer. The following cards are accepted at PayPal: VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX and Tarjeta Aurora. We are confident that the credit/debit card information provided will not be accessible by any authorized person or company, however, we are not responsible for such data, as the payment is made through PayPal.

1.- Shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsular).

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically before finalising the purchase, and you will be informed of them, they will be calculated taking into account the weight and volume of the order.

2.- Shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:

This service will be available soon, however, if you are interested in any of our articles, please send a request to info@rosbags.com.

3.- Shipping and International

Your shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping costs, depending on the weight and volume of your order.

1.- Shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsular).

These shipments will be sent by courier service within 1 to 7 working days after the order has been approved.

2.- Shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:

3.- Shipping and International

These shipments will be sent by courier service, the delivery time may take from 15 to 21 days, depending on the destination country.

Delivery times may increase in the event of customs formalities or other circumstances arising from geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, non-compliance by our suppliers, etc., as well as any other circumstances attributable to the logistics operator responsible for delivering the product. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise for any of the above reasons.

The delivery area of our products is limited to Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Estonia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay and Venezuela. By accepting the order, you confirm that you are a customer resident in one of these areas with the respective address. Any other delivery address will result in automatic cancellation of the order.

We offer a FREE returns service. Customers wishing to return unused products and kept in the same condition and packaging in which they were received, within 28 days from the date of purchase, will have the product replaced or a refund issued (excluding postage). Once we receive the product, we will assess its condition and will contact you with the results within 15 days and send you a replacement. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your package has been received. Please note that this policy relates to products that are faulty due to a manufacturing problem. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are defective due to misuse or external factors unrelated to the manufacture of the product. **Free returns do not apply to items returned from outside the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), in these cases the cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for items that do not reach us due to delays in their “return” to our offices. We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a traceable service and have proof of receipt.

 

 

Unused products will be exchanged within 25 days of receipt. Please send an email before returning your RosBags to info@rosbags.com, so that we can check if the desired RosBags is available in stock and indicate the address to which you should send the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive your item, we will process your replacement. We will then send you your replacement product within two working days. Should there be any difference in price of your chosen new RosBags and/or new item, a member of our customer service team will contact you prior to dispatch to inform you if there is any difference pending payment or refund if applicable, or to inform you of stock availability. In case of an increase in the quantity of items, it will be considered as a new order. The shipping costs of the item to be exchanged to our offices are borne by the customer and the shipping of your new item to your home and/or delivery address will be borne by RosBags. Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of posting from your local post office for tracking purposes. **Free returns do not apply to items returned from outside the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), in these cases the cost of the return will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we are not responsible for items that do not reach us due to delays in their “return” to our offices. We recommend that customers abroad send their parcels through a traceable service and have proof of receipt.

Prior to finish your order, you will be able to review all the details associated with the order, and you will be able to correct anything you deem necessary.

After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order via the website, you must contact our Customer Service. The order can only be modified or cancelled if the item has not been dispatched from our warehouses.
