RosBags offers you the possibility to receive the purchased products directly at your home or at the place of your choice. All our products include VAT, handling and packaging. We work with the best national and international courier companies, selected under strict criteria of professionalism and guarantee for our customers.
If the ordered products are not available in stock, the delivery time may be delayed by 2 to 15 days. In the product information, an estimated availability is shown, but in no case does it entail a contractual commitment with the customer regarding the delivery time. If a product cannot be delivered within this time, we will inform you of the proposed delivery date. Products will always require a signature on receipt of delivery, so orders are not sent to PO Boxes, consignment boxes, or post office boxes of any kind.
1.- Shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsular).
The shipping costs will be calculated automatically before finalizing the purchase, and you will be informed of them, they will be calculated taking into account the weight and volume of the order. These shipments will be sent by courier service within 1 to 7 working days after the order has been approved.
2.- Shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla:
This service will be available soon, however, if you are interested in any of our items, please send a request to info@rosbags.com.
3.- Shipping and International
These shipments will be sent by courier service, the delivery time can take from 15 to 21 days, depending on the country of receipt. Your shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping costs, depending on the weight and volume of the order.
Delivery times may increase in the event of customs formalities or other circumstances arising from (for information purposes only) geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, non-compliance by our suppliers, etc., as well as any other circumstances attributable to the logistics operator responsible for the delivery of the product. We are not responsible for any delays that may arise for any of the above reasons.
4.- Non-collection of the consignment
In the event that a previously paid order is made available to the customer and the customer is not at the address indicated for delivery or does not pick it up at the courier office indicated (where applicable), RosBags.com will try to locate it and facilitate its delivery. If it is not collected within 15 days, the product will be returned to RosBags.com and the customer will have to pay the shipping costs.
